Description: On June 24, 2020, Plaintiff Darrell Hunter attended a kindergarten graduation party at 119-51 165th St, Jamaica NY, at his friend Kareem Stevenson's house, sittnig in the living room with 3 other guests. Around 2:05 PM, many uniformed and plainclothes officers descended upon the Stevenson house and several entered the house with guns drawn. A heavy-set Caucasian officer (possibly named Defendant Officer John La Pierre?) gave a hand to "cuff them." Plaintiff was rear handcuffed and transported to the 113th precinct by a marked patrol car and then placed in a cell. Nobody told Plaintiff the charges against him.
