Description: On October 8, 2014, Curtis Jones was in his home when Officer William Clemens and Lieutenant David Golstein accused him of criminal trespassing. Jones provided them with documentation showing that he legally resided in the residence, but the officers arrested and imprisoned him without probable cause. The officers held Jones in custody for 50 hours, despite having the opportunity to find out that they recorded Jones' address incorrectly. On December 5th and accused him of Criminal Trespassing. They falsely arrested, imprisoned, and detained him without probably cause. On December 5, 2014, all charges against Jones were favorably terminated.

Description: On June 27, 2014, Plaintiff was operating her truck. She witnessed a car accident (but not involving her), and called the police. NYPD Officers William Clemens and others arrived at the scene, and despite Plaintiff cooperating and there being no indication that Plaintiff was involved in the accident, they asked Plaintiff to take a breathlyzer test. When Plaintiff refused, they placed her under arrest. Her truck was also seized.
