Description: On April 16, 2013, Plaintiff was arrested based on a felony complaint. Plaintiff was wrongly accused of handing a bag to another person with a gun inside. He testified the same to a grand jury and was released after four days in custody with all charges dropped. On May 21, 2013, Plaintiff was wrongly picked up from a housing area and taken to precinct on charges of trespassing. The Officers said the plaintiff "is the guy that beat the gun case."
