Description: On August 24, 2013, the plaintiff, along with numerous other individuals, was standing on the sidewalk, eating food, and talking with a friend. Three defendant NYPD officers approached the plaintiff, frisked without justification, and falsely accused him of possessing marijuana, allegedly found in a bag on the ground near the plaintiff.
