Complaint
Description: Plaintiff went to the 115th Precinct to pick up his daughter from her mother, as was customary for them to exchange custody. Defendant Officer Fraile approached him, asked him to leave, and then pushed him out the door, causing him to hit the door. Defendant Officers assaulted Plaintiff outside of the precinct, then handcuffed him, brought him inside, and charged him with dis con and resisting arrest, which were later dismissed.
