Description: On or about June 16, 2020, plaintiff, a minor, called her school's social worker to report suicidal thoughts. The social worker then contacted NYPD and/or emergency services. Plaintiff, S.T., was found in the hallway of her home with a steak knife in her hand. Plaintiff's mother, also a plaintiff in this case, was present. NYPD arrived and told Plaintiff ST to drop the knife which she did. NYPD officer McNab used excessive force and then tased the infant plaintiff. None of the other officers intervened to stop Officer McNab. One of the officers then placed his hands on her chest and then arrested her, putting plaintiff ST in handcuffs.
