Complaint
Description: On March 6, 2018, plaintiff Selwyn Byer was lawfully present at an intersection when he was approached by defendant Officer Colao and other unknown defendant officers. Defendant Officer Colao and the unknown defendant officers assaulted, battered, and tasered Mr. Byer without probable cause. The defendant officers then arrested Mr. Byer and transported him to the precinct. Mr. Beyer then remained in custody until March 10, 2018, at which point he was released.
