Amended Complaint
Description: Plaintiff's car was stopped by Officers Hillery, Fanizzi, and Litrell and he was handcuffed, falsely arrested, and taken to the 120th PCT. All charges against him were dismissed. On a second occasion, defendant officers Mitchell and Costello stopped and falsely arrested Plaintiff without cause. The DA declined to prosecute Plaintiff.
