Complaint
Description: On May 18, 2013, Plaintiff was an apartment on Gordon Street in Staten Island, NY, when Plaintiff was stopped by defendant officers and demanded identification. Plaintiff provided his identification to the officers. Plaintiff was ordered to place his hands against the wall. Without justification, of the officers kicked Plaintiff in the knee with excessive force. Plaintiff was thrown to the floor and punched by the officers around his body. He suffered numerous physical injuries to his body. While handcuffed, Plaintiff was sprayed in the eyes with a chemical spray. Though not having committed any crime that day, Plaintiff was arrested on 3 charges.
