Description: On July 24, 2013 Plaintiff was lawfully present at a residence he was staying overnight as a guest in Staten Island. It is believed that defendant NYPD Officer Corporan approached Plaintiff and attempted to search Plaintiff's pants pockets due to racial discrimination rather than particularized suspicion of a crime. Plaintiff was then tightly handcuffed, and his handcuffs were not loosened despite his complaints, and he was imprisoned in a police vehicle and taken to the 121st Precinct. Plaintiff was imprisoned and charged based on false allegations purported by defendant officer Joseph Perfetto. It was falsely alleged that plaintiff was observed drinking alcohol in public, became violent, screaming and yelling...

Tyrese gave Mr. Espinal a ride in his car to Mr. Espinal's apartment to pick up the shorts. Mr. Espinal picked up the shorts from his apartment and got back into Tyrese's car to give him the shorts.
