Description: The plaintiff went outside her residence to find the defendant officers arresting her daughters. She asked why they were being arrested and in response the defendant officer shoved the plaintiff down the stairs. The plaintiff suffered injuries and EMTs had to come assist her. Then the defendant officers came inside her home and arrested her on false charges of obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct.

Description: Plaintiff was parking his car when an unmarked NYPD car pulled up in front of him and Plaintiff exited his car when an officer yelled at Plaintiff to get back in his car and then pushed him and slammed him with the car door. Defendant officers claimed to find a spoon with heroin residue on the ground and searched Plaintiff's car and found lawfully prescribed drugs, which they threatened to test for drugs. Plaintiff was actually given a ticket for disorderly conduct, which the DA declined to prosecute.
