Description: On May 9, 2019, Plaintiffs Angel and Mayra Crespo had a domestic dispute while their children, Plaintiffs Amy and Jennifer Crespo, were also home. After the dispute, Angel Crespo drove away from the family home but later returned to grab belongings. While Angel Crespo was driving, Mayra Crespo called 911. Police Officers (Defendants P.O. Bove, P.O. Ieraci, P.O. Cullen, P.O. Pirozzi, and P.O. Does) Arrived at the house after Angel Crespo returned. Mayra and Jennifer Crespo specified to the Defendants that they did not want Angel Crespo arrested.
