Description: On May 16, 2020, Mr. Guarniere was recording the actions of NYPD officers, including Officer Ibrahim and another unidentified officer (hereafter, "defendants"), with his cell phone when defendants demanded that Mr. Guarniere cease recording their activities, holding their arms out in a threatening and intimidating manner. They demanded that Mr. Guarniere produce a government ID.
