Description: On October 31st, 2018, Plaintiff Kenneth Iacone Sr. (filing pro se) was riding in a car with three others when they were pulled over. Officers (unnamed) believed they had guns and drugs and searched both the car and their persons but did not find anything other than a pocket knife. All four were taken to the 123 precinct in separate cars, where they were searched again. Plaintiff was kept at precinct all night and did not see a judge until the next day at 4:30pm. Plaintiff was charged with possession of the pocket knife, even though another passenger claimed it, and was released on his own recognizance.
