Description: On September 1, 2014 at around 4:00pm the plaintiffs Keishanna Rasin and Chynna Pitlock were at work at SCO Family Service, a housing facility for troubled juveniles, at 280 Shepard Avenue in Kings County, NY. The defendant officers, Christopher Dalto, Matthew Evan and Nick Milentijevic arrived in response to a 911 call regarding a juvenile residents misbehavior.
