Complaint
Description: Defendant Officers in an unmarked car pulled over Plaintiff's vehicle, asked for ID & registration, and searched the backseats, and then ordered Plaintiff and the passenger out of the car. Officers frisked them and then arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was brought to the 63rd Precinct and charged with Failure to Use a Turn Signal, Forgery in the 3rd Degree, and Forgery in the 1st Degree , which were later dismissed.
