Description: On December 23, 2016, plaintiff was in a hotel room when NYPD officers, including Detective Kendrick Victoria, entered and arrested plaintiff without probable cause. Plaintiff was taken to a police station and held in custody. The NYPD officers falsely claimed to have witnessed two women agree to participate in sexual activity in exchange for money with plaintiff, and that plaintiff stated that it was his hotel room. Victoria also falsely claimed that he found marijuana in the hotel room. The officers sent paperwork containing these false allegations to the District Attorney's Office.
