Complaint
Description: On July 21, 2012, Mr. James Dryden, Jr. was lawfully in a property where he was acting as the property manager. NYPD Officer Robert Carrozzo suddenly arrived and demanded to know what Mr. Dryden was doing there. Mr. Dryden explained to NYPD Officer Robert Carrozzo why he was there and presented valid identification, Officer Carrozzo placed Mr. Dryden under arrest for no reason. Mr. Dryden was then taken to the 79th Precinct, and was kept there for 9 hours. He was then taken to Central Booking, and was there for 16 hours before seeing a judge. Mr. Dryden was arraigned on Kings County Docket and was informed that he had been charged with Criminal Trespass and Attempted Burglary. After attending Court for more tha...
