Description: Defendant officer dressed in riot-gear, forcibly entered Plaintiffs' home under the guise of an alleged search warrant. Defendants then handcuffed plaintiffs and placed in the living room while police ransacked their home. Description: On May 10, 2013, Plaintiff was walking to the grocery store when plain clothes Defendant Officer Rodriguez and several others slammed him to the ground injuring Plaintiff. Plaintiff asked what he did and he was told he was being arrested for possession. Plaintiff was arrested, taken to the precinct, strip searched. Plaintiff needed to request medical attention for his back which was injured during the arrest. Plaintiff also could not make bail so he spent a week inn the "Tombs" before being released and all charges were dropped.
