Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was walking from McDonald to his car when stopped by defendant officers. Defendant officers demanded plaintiff to hand in his pocket knife and plaintiff complied. Defendant officers then assaulted plaintiff, chocked him, and placed him under arrest and brought plaintiff to the 34th precinct, where plaintiff was charged with assault in the second degree. When held in police custody, plaintiff was refused to get medical treatment and when plaintiff was later sent to the hospital, the nurses refused to take pictures of his injuries at the request of the supervisor. The ADA declined to prosecute the case.
