Description: On February 22, 2016, plaintiff was riding his bike in the Bronx and was stopped and searched by P.O.s Kevin Finegan, Wilson Brian, "John" Fagan, and five other unknown officers. Mr. Melendez was told he was stopped for riding his bicycle on the sidewalk. P.O. Finegan searched plaintiff by putting his hands down plaintiff's pants. Plaintiff objected to the search, and P.O. Finegan tasered plaintiff and then hit plaintiff in the head with a taser gun, giving plaintiff a gash on his scalp. Plaintiff was afraid and took off running, so the P.O. chased plaintiff and attacked him yet again. Description: On October 17, 2014, Plaintiffs Nicole Thompson, Steven McDonald, and Glenisha Rhone were asleep inside 480 East 188th Street, Apt. 16J in the Bronx, an apartment that belonged to Laman McDonald. Nicole was sleeping over because she was dating Laman, and Glenisha was spending the night with her boyfriend Steven. At about 4 AM, someone began to bang loudly on the apartment door.
