Description: On or about December 11, 2013, at approximately 1.15am plaintiffs were finishing their shift at Papa Johns's pizza restaurant in Bronx county when PO David Harris and other police defendants approached two of the plaintiffs who were outside at that time and asked to inspect their ID documents and a cup of soda that plaintiff 1 was holding. Plaintiffs complied fully and the police walked away. However, they subsequently turned around and ran towards plaintiff 1. Plaitiffs locked themselves inside the restaurant. After approximately 15 minutes the doors were unlocked and the police entered the restaurant and arrested all 4 plaintiffs without any probable cause, tightly handcuffing them.
