Complaint
Description: Plaintiff returned home after her daughter called her saying she was locked out. Defendant officers approached Plaintiff as she was approaching her door, accused her of locking her daughter out, forcefully grabbed her, arrested her, took her to a precinct, and charged her with DisCon and resisting arrest. All charges were later dismissed.
