Description: On May 20, 2011, Plaintiff was stopped, searched and arrested by Defendant Officers including Defendant John Dillon. After being transported, Plaintiff was strip searched and was imprisoned for five days until he could post bond. Defendant Officer Javish Ortiz falsely prepared a complaint against Plaintiff, while Defendant Officers Ortiz and Noel Melendez swore false affidavits.
