Description: On March 16, 2012, Plaintiff Maurosol Felix was unlawfully stopped and searched by NYPD Officers Cintron and Jerez. Plaintiff Felix was subject to excessive force and the confiscation of his belongings before he was unlawfully arrested. Plaintiff was unlawfully imprisoned for approximately two days. Officer Jerez swore to a false account of the events surrounding Plaintiff's arrest. Criminal charges were dismissed on January 7, 2013.
