Complaint
Description: The defendant officers came into contact with and arrested 7 plaintiffs on the charges of Possession of a Gambling Device, Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree, Trespass and Loitering. . All of the plaintiffs were taken to the PSA7 precinct, where they were imprisoned. At the PSA7 precinct, plaintiffs were unlawfully strip searched. Defendant officers brought false incriminating charges of crimes of Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Gambling Device, Criminal Trespass and Loitering against the plaintiffs. The charges brought against the plaintiffs were eventually all dismissed.
