Description: On September 9, 2014, plaintiffs Kyle Depew, Grayson Earle, and Yates Mckee, members of a political activist group called the "Illuminator Collective," were projecting political speech onto the Metropolitan Museum of Art that evening as part of their then-ongoing projector-based political speech awareness campaign. Plaintiffs were using a van-based projector to criticize an event being held for David Koch, a major donor to the Met. NYPD Dep.
