Complaint
Description: On October 10, 2015, Plaintiffs were approached by plainclothes NYPD officers—including Officers Panchyn, Clark, Farrell, and Campbell—in Brooklyn, New York. The officers detained and forcibly arrested both Plaintiffs, causing physical and emotional injuries. One plaintiff was struck with a baton and then shocked with a taser. Both Plaintiffs were taken to the hospital. Plaintiff 2 was charged with four charges relating to resisting arrest and assault. All charges were dropped.
