Description: On October 23, 2017, Plaintiff was detained and sent to a precinct, where she was questioned by defendant police officers on whether she made a terrorist threat, in a certified letter sent to the Senator's office over a job across the street from Plaintiff. Plaintiff denied that a terrorist threat was made. The letter stated by Plaintiff that was sent to the parties was," if I don't get any work soon or get back with the elevator division I'm going to this fake a** racketeering fraudulent Ocean bay apartment bull - s**t sky high" (meaning, I'm going to bring my lawyer Mr. Smith into this if Plaintiff didn't get any work soon).
