Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was at a party in the park in his building complex when Defendant Officers arrived and told everyone to leave. Plaintiff then went to a store where Defendant Officers also kicked everyone out of. Plaintiff then tried to buy a drink from the store window when Defendant Officers approached him, told him he had to go home, and when Plaintiff refused the officers kicked his prosthetic leg off, carried him to a police car, and took him to the 113th Precinct and the hospital. Plaintiff had false charges filed against him that were later dismissed.
