Description: Plaintiff was walking down the street with his girlfriend when they got into an argument and he approached Defendant Officers in their patrol car to try and get help. Officers then rushed at Plaintiff, slammed him against a wall, took his wallet, and falsely claimed that their was a warrant for his arrest and that it looked like his girlfriend was injured -even though the girlfriend denied it. Plaintiff was taken to the 32nd Precinct, informed that he did not have any warrants, and then charged with Menacing in the Third Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree, which were later dismissed.
