Description: On September 7, 2018, plaintiff was operating a yellow taxi when the defendant officers stopped him and falsely accused him of being on his phone. Plaintiff attempted to record the interaction but defendants knocked the phone out of his hand, tried to forcibly remove him from the vehicle and hit him on the back of his head with a flashlight. Plaintiff was falsely arrested and charged. He was acquitted on all charges.
