Description: Plaintiffs were employees of a private investigation company. Plaintiffs were contracted to investigate one client's wife to see if she has an affair. Plaintiffs then caught the client's wife having an affair with a man in Randall island. At that time, a police officer came to mitigate the incidence and no one was arrested. Yet, the man threatened that he had connection in the NYPD. The man then falsely made accusations to the nypd that plaintiffs were impersonating nypd cops and all plaintiffs were arrested three weeks later. Plaintiffs were charged with Unlawful imprisonment in the Second Degree, and Criminal Impersonation in the Second Degree. All charges were dismissed later.

Description: On February 6, 2014, plaintiff was arrested by defendant officer Victor Cox for allegedly committing multiple offenses. Defendant officer Victor Cox and other officers unlawfully arrested the plaintiff based on false claims without probable cause. Defendant officer forcefully arrested and handcuffed plaintiff, inside his residence, without an arrest warrant, without probable cause, and without exigent circumstances. Defendant officer Victor Cox lied to the Grand Jury during a Grand Jury Proceeding. Plaintiff remained incarcerated as a result. Plaintiff, while incarcerated, was forced to strip naked no less than 10 other times with other inmates at the Detention Center, and was subject to "Bull Pen Sock Torture....
