Description: On February 22, 2013, the Plaintiff was falsely arrested on the charges of robbery. At the precinct, the charges were revised to littering, disorderly conduct, trespass, and entering the roadway against the signal. Upon release from the precinct, Plaintiff was again arrested immediately for being in a part after dark and brought back to the precinct. The Plaintiff was brought to the central booking and next day the charges adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.
