Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was driving when he began to have difficulty breathing and pulled off the road. Defendant Officers approached and Plaintiff asked them to call for medical aid but instead the defendant officers ordered plaintiff out of his vehicle and subjected him to a series of sobriety tests and unlawfully searched plaintiff's vehicle. Officers tightly handcuffed Plaintiff, arrested him, and brought him to the 60th Precinct where he was given a summons for a fishing knife he had in his car. The summons was ACD'd.
