Description: On June 20, 2015 plaintiff was arrested after having been at a Rite Aid pharmacy and having an altercation with two men. Plaintiff informed Officers Victor Gonzalez and Damion Brown that the two men had assaulted him and requested medical attention. The officers ignored plaintiff's request. At the precinct, plaintiff requested medical attention from Officer Victor Reyes and was again ignored. Plaintiff suffered a permanent hip injury as a result of his assault.

Description: On February 20, 2014, Plaintiff exited his home on 144th Street, New York, NY, and defendants Gonzalez and Robinson ran up to the Plaintiff and physically grabbed and accosted the Plaintiff. Robinson punched Plaintiff two or three times in the face with a closed fist, and Robinson and Gonzalez physically tackled Plaintiff to the ground. Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested. Officer Gonzalez signed a criminal complaint with false statements. Defendants provided false, fabricated, and "planted" evidence to concoct false charges against the Plaintiff.
