Description: On or about November 28, 2021, Plaintiff 1, a diabetic and a dialysis patient, was driving in Manhattan with his six year old daughter, Plaintiff 2. During the drive, Plaintiff 1 started to feel light-headed. He parked his car and then passed out in a diabetic coma. PO Polanco (at the time of the complaint, Plaintiff 1 believed “Polanco” to be the name of one of the NYPD officers who arrested him; he was not certain), PO John Doe 1, and potentially other police officers, approached Plaintiff’s car.
