Description: Defendant Officers approached Plaintiff, who was in a lawfully parked vehicle and not engaged in any suspicious or illegal activity, and requested that Plaintiff exit his vehicle. Upon exit, Defendant Myers twisted and pulled Plaintiff's arm behind his back. Defendant Officers then began illegally searching the Plaintiff and his vehicle, finding no evidence of any guns, drugs, or contraband. Defendant Officers arrested Plaintiff, brought him to the local area precinct, and later to Queens County Central Booking, where he was arraigned on a criminal complaint of the false allegations made by Defendant Officers, which were later dismissed.

They then handcuffed the plaintiff too tightly and took him to a hospital where he was treated for his injuries. The plaintiff was then taken to a local precinct where he was charged with false allegations against him.
