Description: On June 2, 2020, plaintiff was lawfully and peacefully attending a protest of police misconduct in the wake of the killing of George Floyd. An unidentified uniformed police officer shoved a protestor without provocation, causing a stampede of protestors and NYPD members in riot gear in plaintiff's direction. Plaintiff ran to try to escape the oncoming rush but stopped to help a person that had fallen on the ground. As plaintiff was helping this person, plaintiff encountered P.O.
