Complaint
Description: Defendant Officers came to Plaintiff's residence and questioned him about his cell phone. Defendant Officers searched Plaintiff's apartment and his body and found narcotics in his pocket. Plaintiff was arrested, taken to a precinct, questioned, and the DA declined to prosecute him. Plaintiff was then transferred to the White Plains PD. The White Plains PD pressed charges that were not specified and later dismissed.
