Description: On June 10, 2014, defendant police officers wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed and seized plaintiff using excessive force. They approached plaintiff with their loaded firearms and struck him with their limbs and other objects. Plaintiff was falsely arrested and charged, causing him to remain incarcerated for one year and two months. All charges were dismissed on August 20, 2015.
