Description: On November 13, 2011, Plaintiffs who were musicians at a local club were leaving the club when they were stopped for no apparent reason by defendant police officers Nuzio and Nuziato. The officers asked plaintiffs, who were both African American, what they were doing in the neighborhood so late. When they replied, defendant officers told plaintiffs to leave the neighborhood and not come back. On November 20th, 2011, defendant officers again stopped Plaintiffs and told them "I told you not to come around here anymore." Plaintiffs said they had committed no crime.
