Complaint
Description: On April 23, 2020, around 8:00 AM, Plainiff Alfredo Grullon was at home with his mother and aunt, at 390 Wadsworth Avenue, Manhattan, when Defendants NYPD Detective David Lee, Detective Demetrios Kaloudakis, and Officers John/Jane Does 1-10 unlawfully stopped/questioned/searched and arrested Plaintiff. Defendant Officers, wearing plain clothes but identifying themselves as NYPD officers, informed Plaintiff they were there to pick him up on an alleged criminal burglary charge and they proceeded to begin a pat-down search. Finding no contraband, officers escorted Plaintiff downstairs and placed him in handcuffs. Defendants transported Plaintiff to the 41st precinct, where he was interrogated in a private room. A...
