Description: On July 17, 2012, at approximately 4:15 p.m., Plaintiff was walking in the area of Marcy Avenue and S. 2nd St. in Brooklyn, New York. Plaintiff was stopped by the Defendant officers who searched through a bag she was carrying. Plaintiff was then pushed against a car and patted down by the Defendant officers. Defendant officer Chisem then moved Plaintiff over to a sidewalk area and in full public view pulled up Plaintiff's shirt and looked down her bra and then pulled open her pants and looked down her underpants.
