Description: After exiting a subway train at the 125th Street Station, plainclothes Defendant Officer approached and arrested Plaintiff who was walking down the platform. Defendant Officer falsely alleged that Plaintiff put his hand in Officer's pocket and was trying to steal a cell phone, and charged Plaintiff with 165.25 (1) Jostling and 155.30 (5) Attempted Grand Larceny.
