Description: On March 14, 2012, Plaintiff Luqman Stround was a passenger in an automobile traveling in Brooklyn, New York, when Defendant Police Officers (Jason Brunson and John and Jane Doe 1 through 10) pulled the automobile over without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. Marino) approached Mr. Niven Derrell who was sitting in the driver's seat of a car that was double parked. The officers asked to search the car, which Mr. Derrell declined, and then they ordered him out of the vehicle. P.O. Caro begun to search Mr. Derrell's person, and Mr. Derrell slapped his hand. P.O.
