Description: On September 7, 2016 at the 43rd precinct, Mr. Johnson was in a holding pen and had an argument with Detective Jalin. Det. Jalin opened the cell door and pulled Mr. Johnson out, causing his head and body to hit the wall causing pain and bruising. Two John Does then grabbed him by his arms and body, shoving him against the wall and placing him in tight handcuffs. Despite Mr. Johnson's screaming that he wanted to go to the hospital, the Officers refused his medical treatment.
