Description: Plaintiff was an off-duty member of the NYCPD. On August 13, 2012 at around 12:45AM, Plaintiff and his son were approached by Defendant Officers James McKenna and Andrew Ali. Defendant Officer Paul Montali arrived at the scene and without cause, violently assaulted Plaintiff and his son. Defendant Officer Jamie LeBlanc assaulted Plaintiff and his son as well. Then, Defendant Officers Robert Crespo, Jay Fleming, and William Morris arrived at the scene and attempted to cover up the illegal and unconstitutional conduct of the other police officers, compelling them to fabricate disingenuous charges against both Plaintiffs. All charges against Plaintiff were dismissed.
