Description: On April 26, 2024 Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of an intersection when PO Anthony Alvino, PO Mike Suarez, PO Jayther Liriano, PO John Doe, and PO John Roe approached Plaintiff in part based on his race and summarily assaulted, battered, searched, and arrested him in an aggressive manner.
