Description: On March 26, 2021, Plaintiff and others were ordered out of a vehicle with their hands raised without cause in the Bronx by PO “John” Bletcher and other unnamed officers. Plaintiffs were searched at the scene and taken to the 40th Precinct where they were held for an additional four hours, issued desk appearances, and subsequently released with all charges dropped.
